Shivani Bagdai is the Founder of TriChambers which specialises in identifying critical inflection points that unite and drive high-performing leaders, teams, and organisations towards their next level of growth.
Shivani has advised family and non-family businesses from diverse industries on governance structures and management functions such as leadership alignment, generational transitions, conflict resolution, as well as operational efficiency. Having worked with numerous organisations on wide ranging subjects, her opinions are regularly sought on topics ranging from family business governance and leadership transitions to social sector project management and conducive workplace environments.
She is also the Delhi State President at the Council of Ethics of the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), where she is working towards inculcating ethics in business practices and workplaces. By focusing on ethics, her objective is to create a conducive and nurturing environment for both people and organisations, to facilitate sustained growth.
Shivani co-developed a Methodology on fair decision-making which is propagated by UNESCO New Delhi. Having collaborated on this with leaders and experts from across the world, the Methodology has been commended by the likes of Rosalia Arteaga (former President of the Republic of Ecuador), Violeta Bulc (Former Deputy Prime Minister of Slovenia), Juan Pablo Ramirez-Miranda (UNESCO), and Noam Chomsky, amongst others.
She has also in the past engaged with the Government of India through the Ministry of External Affairs and the NITI Aayog.
Recently, Shivani was honoured with the “Exceptional Leaders of Excellence” Award by the Women’s Economic Forum in New Delhi.
She has been educated across academic institutions in India, the UK, and Singapore.
